The appointments bring two highly experienced industry leaders to FLX as the company expands its membership network, technology platform and marketplace of solutions.

Abuaf, an Industry Partner at Motive Partners, and Lordi, a senior executive with experience across wealth management, bring extensive experience spanning private equity, wealth and asset management technology, platform strategy and financial services. Their addition further strengthens the depth and connectivity of FLX's leadership network.

Abuaf and Lordi join an Advisory Board featuring several other senior industry leaders, including Nate Dalton, Co-Founder of Affiliated Managers Group and Former President of MSIM Distributors, Darlene DeRemer, Co-Founder of Grail and Dan O'Lear, Former President of Franklin Distributors.

Alvi Abuaf
Abuaf is an Industry Partner at Motive Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm focused on wealth and asset management technology. At Motive, he has worked with investments including InvestCloud, Advicent, RetireUp, BetaNXT, Mediant, CAIS, TIFIN AMP and FNZ. Previously, he served as CEO of Capco North America and held senior leadership roles at Citi, and Ernst & Young/Capgemini. He also founded the E&Y FinTech Incubator. Eric Lordi
Lordi is a senior financial services executive with deep experience in wealth management, technology and platform strategy. He previously led Wealth Platform and Experience at Citi Wealth, was a Managing Director and Head of ConnectWealth Strategic Development at J.P. Morgan and Managing Director and Head of Advice Platforms at Morgan Stanley, with earlier leadership roles at Barclays and Merrill Lynch.
